Napa Furniture Design is a all wood bedroom and dining room manufacturer. Their products are constructed from plantation grown, Sustainable, Indonesian forest hardwoods manufactured from one factory. All of their pieces are finished with a 17 step process which includes hand applied oil to maximize grain quality and uniqueness in each piece.

• Pieces are finished with a seventeen step hand sanded, hand rubbed, and hand stained process producing a deep rich grain quality finish.

• Returned or exchanged items must be in brand-new and resalable condition. Products must be in their original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with the included packaging materials, instruction booklets, and packing inserts. Please do not place any stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's packaging. We will make every attempt possible to resolve any issues in order to guarantee our customer's satisfaction.

• Dimensions are provided in the items description. Please be sure to measure your area, doorways, hallways, and stairwells to make sure the furniture will fit. We will not be responsible for items too large for your space.

• Colors and stains may vary from each computer monitor, photograph, lighting and natural variations. Please contact us for clarification of color. It can be difficult to buy furniture unseen. We are here to help. We will be glad to answer questions and send additional information and pictures when available.   

• All returns for any reason are subject to fees and shipping charges. Please be sure of your purchase. The return shipping cost are not refundable. A 20% re-stocking fee maybe deducted from your refund.
