Returned or exchanged items must be in brand-new and resalable condition. Products must be in their original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with the included packaging materials, instruction booklets, and packing inserts. Please do not place any stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's packaging. We will make every attempt possible to resolve any issues in order to guarantee our customer's satisfaction.

Dimensions are provided in the items description. Please be sure to measure your area, doorways, hallways, and stairwells to make sure the furniture will fit. We will not be responsible for items too large for your space.

Colors and stains may vary from each computer monitor, photograph, lighting and natural variations. Please contact us for clarification of color. It can be difficult to buy furniture unseen. All returns for any reason are subject to fees and shipping charges. Please be sure of your purchase. The return shipping cost are not refundable. A 20% re-stocking fee maybe deducted from your refund.
